Jefferson is hosting a virtual educational program on mindfulness as a way to mitigate anxiety and fatigue:
Practicing mindfulness can assist with uncertainty about the future, depression, fear of recurrence and anxiety as well as mitigate physical symptoms such as fatigue, pain, and sleep disturbance. Dr. AnaMaria Lopez will lead us through some beneficial mindful techniques during this session.
