On Thursday, Feb. 20, 2020, a proposed motion was filed seeking to purchase a full and complete tail insurance coverage policy for all St. Christopher’s and Hahnemann University Hospital personnel who are currently covered under the claims made policy that was set to terminate on March 12, 2020. Impacted are: residents, fellows, and attending physicians.
Before this proposal can be finalized and the tail coverage purchased, the motion will need to be approved by the bankruptcy court. A hearing is currently scheduled for March 3, 2020.
