The Pennsylvania Department of Public Health released a COVID-19 testing and treatment resource guide for uninsured Philadelphians.
The guide contains information on accessing medical care and concerns related to immigration status during COVID-19, coverage of COVID-19 testing and treatment-related services for uninsured individuals, low-barrier test sites, health guidance and treatment-related information, as well as employment concerns such as accessing paid sick leave. This guide was written with the intention of catering to immigrant and undocumented communities’ needs during the pandemic.
