• Evaluate your documentation, communication, and other customs and systems to improve patient safety and reduce liability risks

• Review a simulated example of how risk management problems can interfere with patient care, lead to a malpractice claim, and affect the defense of a malpractice case, and apply lessons learned to your own practice
