Unionization statement motion: PCMS shall make a statement to advocate and encourage all county health systems to negotiate in good faith for a collective bargaining agreement with our residents, medical students and all participating parties.
Unionization Taskforce motion: PCMS shall establish a workgroup to act as a liaison with both those members advocating for collective bargaining agreements and the employing health systems to inform both parties and our membership of each other’s goals.
