Philly Soda Tax UPHELD By Pa Supreme Court

The Philadelphia County Medical Society received good news from the City’s attorney this morning: The Pa Supreme Court has upheld the Philly Soda tax.  PCMS had been part of this effort. All three decisions (the majority and two dissents) are linked below.
