The Southwest PA Environmental Health Project is requesting health care providers to help raise concern over the health impact of shale gas development via environmental exposure.
Those concerned about this issue are welcome to add their name to the EHP’s letter to the PA Department of Health (DOH) and Governor Wolf asking that the risks be acknowledged and addressed.
PAMED passed RESOLUTION 16-206, introduced by PCMS, in support for a Moratorium on Fracking in PA until research could be done on health effects and a registry could be set up.
