Prior Authorization Reform: Call to Action

The Prior Authorization Reform Bill, PA House Bill 1293, was officially re-introduced earlier this year. Please take action now and encourage your patients, staff and family to do the same. Here’s how:

1. Ask your patients who have experienced delays from prior authorization decisions from health plans to share their story at www.pamedsoc.org/ShareYourStory
2. Print and hand out these flyers to your patients:

3. Contact your House member through PAMED’s Voter Voice and ask him/her to support House Bill 1293.
