Quality Payment Program Feedback

CMS has contracted with Ketchum to conduct focus groups and interviews with administrative staff charged with implementing the Quality Payment Program (QPP) —  MIPS and APMs. Specifically, CMS wants feedback and input into the educational resources they are developing.  Sessions will be on hour and participants will receive $150 for their time. Sessions will take place remotely via phone calls or online meeting platforms. If you know of anyone in your practice/institution who would be interested in participating, please have them email [email protected], and Ketchum will follow up directly.

Additional Details:

CMS is expanding its new Quality Payment Program website to include a streamlined system for administrative staff to manage information for practices and providers. CMS wants feedback and input into what they are developing to help ensure user needs are met.

For the focus groups and interviews, CMS is looking for Administrative staff and office managers from small to large practices, who interact with Medicare systems (e.g., Physician Value-Physician Quality Reporting System), manage other administrative staff, and submit quality data for Medicare providers.  Participants should work for (or on behalf of) a practice that can participate in the Quality Payment Program (QPP) via the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) or Advanced Alternative Payment Model (APM).
