With the implementation of The Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 (MACRA) that replaces the Sustainable Growth Rate, CMS has released the Proposed Rule on the Quality Reporting Program that replaces the current quality reporting requirements for clinicians under Part B Medicare. These MIPS adjustments and Advanced APM Incentive Payments will begin in 2019. However, this is based upon your 2017 performance. “Traditional Fee For Service Is Dead”
